My neighbors keeps stealing my internets

So everyday between 8 to 10am to 11pm my neighbors use so much internets my phone sucks balls and basically becomes useless, I've been in their house and there are tablets everywhere and their son has two tv's and a computer, hooked up to xbox and PS and it's all on all the time! I know it's them because I can go anywhere else and boom silky smooth 4G LTE... wtf can I do other then the obvious and I guess buy my own internets.. Is there anything else I can do to block their over usage other then burn their house down?

I never knew that 2 separate houses could share the same internet, just get your own internet provider, and then unless they know the password to it, they can't connect.

I work in technology and I had this old guy he had to be 90 years old. I asked him "Where do you get your internet from?"

The answer for me for most neighbor problems is piss discs.
Pour piss into a frying pan and freeze it. Slip the discs into their house any where you can and keep at it until they kill each other and burn the house down.

It sounds like he's using his phones mobile Internet, ie 4g LTE.

If you root your phone you can give it priority from cell phone tower...

My set up is DSL thru landline----->modem---->wi-fi router---->computer(the rest of the devices work off the wi-fi router:

Before I got the wi-fi router I used a software program that made a wi-fi hotspot from my computer so mom could get internet.

The current set-up requires a password for all devices, the old way didn't. I'm too far from neighbors so they couldn't access the no password setup, but the signal was weak and also depended on my computer being turned on so mom was always bugging me

They're not on his wifi. He's using his cell phone mobile Internet connection. He feels that the neighbors are monopolizing his DL speeds.
