My neighbors keeps stealing my internets

They're not on his wifi. He's using his cell phone mobile Internet connection. He feels that the neighbors are monopolizing his DL speeds.

ODanksta correct if that wrong, but that's the impression I'm getting.

Is that possible? Meaning the neighbors can slave off his cell phone internet connection? I'm not an IT guy, just a fairly competent ham & egger

Not directly from his phone, more like hogging resources from the tower.

I think the ISP allocates a certain amount of bandwidth per tower, or per connection. So if they're using the 4G to play call of duty for example, I could see his slowing down as a result, especially if he's on the same tower.

Thanks guys for helping me protect my location, I care, but I don't. I'm in the process of moving.. And if they want you, they will find you! You can't hide from them! Any mod can tell you exactly where I am... Luckily for me I don't exist.
