I ordered an xml last week and was super happy when I got it in the mail like a little kid on christmas. When I plugged it in two of the panels did not light up so I called and was given instructions to repair it. I adjusted the cord but the next morning it stopped working again so I had to take all the screws and tighten it again. This morning the panel would not come back on and it looks like I need to send it back and hopefully get another in by next week sometime so I need to put my babies under cfl bulbs while I wait for another. I'm going to see if maybe I can get a discount on a xml600 and try to upgrade since I don't really think the 350 is big enough for my tent. Overall I'm freaking out and depressed and will call tomorrow and hope that the guy can work with me on it. If you do a quick search on the customer service its probably no secret why I'm so worried and my ptsd paranoia is not doing me any favors. Best case I get a deal on a 600 worst case it goes awful and I end up just getting an HPS like the rest of the world. I will keep you guys posted and will try to be as polite as possible on the phone. Anyway happy growing guys I just wanted to share my experience so, maybe writing a little bit will help me work it out. And worst of all I'm out of bud
