Yeah I hear great things about KIND as well if things don't workout I may go with them but from what I been reading that xml 650 is just a beast and the grows I have seen have been insane. Area 51 is a name that comes up alot too.

what I m really trying to say is I have a 430watt kind that covers 2.6ft x 3ft6 and I have 2 area51 rw150s that cover the exact same with 310watts with better guts! The kind was $1150 and the 2 rws were$800

I'ts a true 600 I think like 612 If you google it some guys on youtube did some light testing ETC on it and its the real deal and a swap for a 1k Hps minus the heat. Not sure if I can link youtube or not but if you google xml 650 you should be able to find what you are looking for. I promise to do an extensive review when it comes on friday.

They do a side by side with the kind LED but that could very well just be marketing they claim it has a better spectrum of color etc.

I don't know for sure but the k5 series is one best hotbox out there? I don't see any rebranded k5s! yet? there optics are tops! makes dense nugs on bottom of 4ft plants!

growers house did a par test on l series against comp awhile back and there #s were high! I didn't really believe it. but now I see there fixtures have penetration!

I don't think I have the technical understanding of leds you have I'm mainly going on the grows and word of mouth from others who used them.

Well guys my 350 is in the box and back off to the shop for a full refund. My upgrade I'm hoping will be here friday and I'm super freaking out hehe first thing I'm gona do is take it out in the pitch black night and have my girl take a photo. For some reason a certain Dio song comes to mind .

No, i had a grow journal but never kept up with it. Now i jist use the 400s because they cover more area. I just use the advance for making seeds. My advance led was the diamond series, they have two switches to adjust the power for seedlings and clones. I was thinking of upgrading them but they are really expensive.

What did you set the light on for your seedlings if you don't mind me asking.

It had two switches, one was low power, two was medium power and both on were full power. I started with just the first switch on and turned the second on after about two weeks then went to full power on week three or four. I might pull them back out soon and make a journal. I was thinking of doing a sog and seeing how some of my seeds turned out. Ill let you know when i start it if your interested.
