Yup that correct I got the cold shoulden from provision seeds from the start 450usd he screwed me.

perseverance and persuade and forcing his hand will get my cash back I gotta use all avenues I got im not a person ya should fuck with im extremely dangerous I know the law very well from experience

Im not gonna comment no more because its a waste of my time Im gonna give provision seeds the chance to make it right he trying to make a living to like everyone else im sure people have tried to fuck him over to like some scum bags would say the never got the seeds when the did and this and that but when ya don't use a tracking number ya leave ya self wide open for this shit.

i got 2 orders from provision seeds last year about $900 i spent i took a gamble with him never brought nothing from him ever before and they showed up and was what he told me the where.

so i re-ordered thinking this was a good seedbank and that where i am now package never showed up and that's how all this started.

i got nothing but more costs
I'm going to take a wild stab at it, but you will never see that $450 again. Just saying.

Chalk it up or charge it to the game but either way you just sound dumb with that, "They'll pay" or "I'm not someone to mess with" blah blah blah. If $450 is putting the pinch on you so bad you can't let it go then I'm going to guess you ain't got the money to do shit about this. What are you going to call the cops in the UK: "Um this guy ripped my off when I was trying to buy seeds that are illegal in my country."

Guess it's good for a laugh. And I'm speaking from experience, seeds boutique got me for over $200 usd back in 2008 and I chalked it up to the game. I know they got my money because I shipped it in a undetectable manner so someone there actually robbed me, not sent an order that I may have or may have not gotten. I realized that I was buying ILLEGAL seeds and shit happens with dealing with the black market.

Sucks, but next time don't be some whinny pain in the ass and maybe customer service workers will treat you a little better.

Wait... You called us a fraud, we out there to scam people, scammers, and more. You just stated you got two orders from us before worth 900 dollars. Doesn't make sense for us to scam you for 430 bucks. If you got your orders before why didn't you accept the offer we gave you the first time around before all the threats and blackmail?
Don't worry. This guy is only helping you guys by introducing people to your company. Most cats that have been around for a while realize this dude just cocked an attitude and shit went south from there.

We have a process with problems with customers not getting there orders.

1. If they did not receive there package within amount of time, we resend the order. ( some things are out of our control such a shipping time, we can only give an est. Time )

1a. If the customer recieves a custom letter, we know that if we resend the order, most likely they will not get it unless we try another address therefore we will ask the customer if they would like to retry another address or a full refund.

2. If the customer does not receive there 2nd package and no custom letter has been received by the customer, we usually just give the refund because no matter if we send another one or not it's most likely not gonna be recieved. We give the customer the benefit of the doubt.

Those are the steps we follow unless otherwise such as this we have came upon. We have 0 tolerance for blackmail or threats esp. towards our staffs.

We have many ways of contacting us, and we usually are very prompt with our replies.

We have our own forums, phone number, emails, etc. coming on other forums without trying to contact us with those methods are just trying to attack us and it's not being civil. Plus it's basiclly just spamming the forum and not respecting the rules.

ROB312, MR BIGGIE, HELPMAN, HELPMAN2. You little gangster. You've stated like 4000 times that you'll stop complaining like a 5 year old. Yet you have endless excuses of what happened and attempts of desperation to get people to take your side. There have been at least 5 different people who have ordered from Provision after your free advertisement. From what I've read, Provision has been very transparent and swift with their service/replies. You have been a pain to everyone in this forum from the start. Even if you were honest in your situation, the way you've gone about makes you no longer a victim. You are a fool to think that people will give into your demands when you stomp your feet. From the way you type "ya" and your spelling errors, I would estimate your age to be a maximum of 20. If I'm wrong about that, then maybe you should re-educate yourself so that no one estimates any lower.

Provision is awsome i got a FREE pack on the way from them. Just for entering a bud shoot contest. The winner was supposed to get a free pack but they said fuck it and sent one to every one who entered. That's the kind of guys they are. Free seed without a purchase i like to see another seed bank doing that

Not my fight....but at no time before tonight did provision mention a full refund option...think about it...he's been on the warpath for 3 days...if he were offered a refund from the start... then why would he threaten anyone to begin with?

It was through email according to them. If it was my money? No, child. I wouldn't stomp my feet knowing the predicament you're in. No one has fucked with you but yourself. You've lost 450usd and now you've lost everyone's respect. Congrats.

That's because he can't produce a customs letter. He says Australia customs doesn't send out letters - Provision provided a website that says they do.

He refused the second reship.

We have offered that to him, he said Aus. customs don't send out letterse regarding items that been siezed.

I don't think that's the problem. What's in question is did he receive the seeds? Usually seed banks require some type of proof that the seeds didnt make it to the customer. I had a package snagged by customs and seedsman would only resend the package once I provided pictures of the package with green customs tape on it (and I paid for guaranteed shipping).

Could you imagine the amount of people ripping seed banks off if no proof was required for a reship??

this is exactly how i found out about provision. i made an account and asked about the shatter and purple Widow and i would order both products when the shatter come back in. i wake up the next morning to check my email and the owner told me it will be a few weeks for the shatter but he would like for me to try the purple widow by telling me he would send me a few PW free. great dudes imho

Thanks for sticking up for us! Apparently he thinks everyone that say good things about us is Provision Seeds....
