Anyone know what's up with my plant?

So this is a CBD Critical Mass 6 weeks into flower she's in compost organic soil and added P&K and a few other things andcompost teas every other watering or so, is this bleaching, or lack of some kinda nutes? She's under a 1000w hps in a 5x5x7 tent.

The fourth picture tells the story (image 1.2MB) Leaves "light burn/heat" this is because of the place - the top - rest of pictures look ok, what are you using for air circulation. what CFM's ? Heat issue - they seem to be at least 1.5 ft from light source ?

Check your temps and air flow ( over and through plants ) ..

My I like fan is 440 cfm and the bulb is in a air cooled reflector. And I have a fan blowing over the tops of them I wonder if I need another fan to blow over the tops. It's weird tho cuz I have a lemon kush and another CBD critical mass in coco coir behind the one in the pictures, the ones in coco are doing find now yellowing or anything.
