if thc containing products have to be stored in their vaults.. how exactly ? after some time would they have
room to store...dried herb,oils,hashes tinctures,and any other products.....containing..active ingredients...
especially if they are processing crops originally turned down for sale....but once extracted with a solvent are usable...
seems to me you could not actively house....this much sap/trich's after a while....

Still worked, possibly better than ever because it sat in it's own gases that whole time. Oils and other things can also be stored for quite a long time.

In all fairness you are comparing a good bud someone was obviously proud enough to bring to an expo to shwag.
If you stored moldy crap it just gets crappier moldier and more unhealthy to consume doesnt it?

Other than the really big guys, the vaults are all quite oversized.
I speced out a 7,000 sqft and a 70,000 sqft grow and the security requirements for both had a cage/vault that held way more than necessary.
They can do like the CC and just jam buds into totes and store it until they need to sell it or they can do like some LPs and freeze it in pre-arranged quantities so that it only gets handled once (hello Mold!). Either way, unless they weren't selling at all they should have no issue with that. The cost to import a new vault is only $20,000 anyways - that certainly won't be what holds them back.

It all depends. If the bud has good, strong trichomes then it should work the same.
A bud that was harvested at the wrong time without proper or overdeveloped trichomes might not store as well.
I remember my "high school weed" going stale, but now I keep joints in a jar with a Boveda pack for 6 months and they come out more potent than the day they were rolled.

I agree with all this, but let's not exaggerate and say they're still growing moldy buds and storing them.

I would like to believe this is true however seeing as how i just went and looked at greeds website and they have more milled mixed scraps for sale than actual bud i am gonna say probably not.

They test for mold before it goes into storage. The whole mold process would take place before it's stored permanently, so this is unlikely (yet not impossible).

Some slower than others. Tweed for example hasn't released any greenhouse product since the beginning of the year.... Wonder how many cycles they've had to scrap? That's ok though, they can extract it now and filter out the contaminants now.

They bought the greenhouse to supply their existing clients because there was an entire, successful harvest that they didn't have to grow.
That facility, based on what I'm hearing, is for research and lab, not client production. Growing in a greenhouse year round is way too difficult for Tweed, but wouldn't be a problem for mother plants, research plants, strain development and lab space.

they were making oil as they went and selling it... it was very easy for them. It was being made off site and sold off site.
Now they dont have to do that anymore. They are all happy aboy=ut it to as no one will go to jail now. Only fines will happen.
