My father had the depression and anxiety side of things. He would lock himself in his room for days, only leaving to piss and eat. I didnt understand, but i did my best to try and help him. Eventually he started abusing the VA prescriptions and the whole family split.
He got help and now hes sober. Ish
Still no family though.
His advice to me was "If you fuck up big, get help before its too late. "
Hes now renting a bedroom
But now that he is sober he is angry as fuck. Like holy shit angry.

Hard shit to deal with. It's crazy loving so many things, and then it seems like over night hating everything you once loved.
I can relate. Or try to at least. It's hard as fuck. I'm pretty sure if I met me when I was depressed I would think I was a little fucking cunt doucher.
