how far away is that light. The FFOF can be too hot for some seedlings.

Its about 18 inches away from the top.
The first to are Unknown from bag seed. Last time I grew them they turned dark green(maybe genetics) which I believe thats what the 1st two are doing. I could be wrong.
But those last 2 pics of my Cindy 99 is throwing me for a loop because I have another C99 thats doing excellent.. Compared to all my other plants in my tent, this C99 is the only one with the spots and stunted growth..

Suffication of the roots can cause all kinds of problems, deficiencies etc
Ok well how would i go about correcting it? Ive let the soil dry out before watering (the last time i watered was yesterday) and this morning I have spots. Does it take weeks to recover ?

I would raise the light to about 24 to 30 in for the first weak or so. seedlings dont need alot of light. make sure you ph the water the same every time. PH swing can cause spots and distorted growth. Those spots and burnt tips wont fix itself. just keep an eye on them to see if they get worse. They look fine to me.

If they start to get yellow carefully repot them into a little bit bigger pot and they will take off, repot again after root bound into final home. Using soil with nutes already in will make it an easy grow (no miracle grow)
