I've been using Epson salts on my girls for years and it defo helps them when they need it. I also use it on my tomatos and chilli plants to great effect.
I normally use around a half to three quarters of a teaspoon per 2 Litres of water and mix/shake it in Very well.
Make sure theres no chrystals left showing then water plants as normal.
I find It helps to keep that Lush Green color that we all love so much
I Buy my 1 Kilo bag from eBay for a couple of £Pounds delevered but you can get it from Health Shops and Chemists/pharmacists also.
That bag will last me around 10/15 Years at the rate i use it lol...
Stick a couple of Tablespoons of it in your bath and have a nice long soak and you'll feel more relaxed and cleaner when you get out

Ps. Ignore the BigBud as i took the pic for a mate of mine that also wanted some Epson salts and an idea of what the bigbud pack looked like as he bought a Very Pricey Fake pack of it on eBay.

I bought some epsom salts that say they are great for the garden or for US. I got it from saltworksusa for like 5 bucks and free shipping. Stuff works amazingly well, I have found that putting a tablespoon for 5 gallons like once a month seems to perk the ladies right up. They need magnesium to soak up the sun and it is proper to supplement them with it.
Base nutrients contain calcium and nitrogen. Your point is pretty damn retarded.

I use epsom salt alot because my ferts obviously lack magnesium. I just put maybe half cup or so in the 5 gal bucket I use to water with. I never measure it or my nutes, just sprinkle it in till it looks like enough.
I have even used the kind with fragrance in it with no ill effects. I had the best smelling plants on the block lol

S and Mg increase trichome production in the right amounts!It's MAGNESIUM SULPHATE with a few trace minerals
Try this.
8Tbl Epsom
1 1/2 tsp DARK brown sugar (MUST BE DARK brown sugar!!)
1 Gallon RO water
1 Gallon opaque jug or bottle
Bring to a boil 4 Cups of the water - pour the rest of the water into the jug/bottle.
Now add the Epsom and DARK brown sugar.
Boil for 4-5 min - stirring the whole time to be sure the chems have dissolved.
Remove from stove and pour into the bottle of cool RO water and shake it up well.
At a week before the flip add 5ml to a gallon of feed.
week of flip = 10ml
week 3-4 = 15ml till next increase
week 5-6 = 20ml till last week
This works! Several members here use this and PM'ed me back to say it does!
It increases smells and flavors too!

Hi Doc, This sounds pretty interesting
Would you happen to know how long this would store for if kept in a cool & dark place?
Also i have just bought a load of Feminized Auto's and wondered if the feeding times could be altered to fit them?
And last but not least, I haven't got access to RO Water and can't afford to buy and install it so could i use Distilled water in it's place?

not a good ideal
my tap water has high calcium and very low Magnesium so I need add some Magnesium (Epsom salts) to my plants a few times in veg and flower.
if i was to add cal-mag to my plant I would be adding more calcium inturn it would block the uptake of Magnesium so I would add more cal-mag making the problem worse as i think its down to magnesium deficiency
it would reduce the heath of my plants and give me a low yield
so if the OP knows it down to low Magnesium he need to use Epsom salts not cal-mag as this could mess his plants up
