Assuming your ph is okay, I would guess this is a minor lockout and not a deficiency. If it is only happening in the summer, are you running a few degrees hotter? That will increase your water and nutrient uptake and could push you into a lockout that you don't see in cooler temps. I'd guess potassium is being locked out from the look. You don't normally get red stems, do you?
Everything gets more sensitive in flower and the plant is quick to rob those low fan leaves so I think it is probably a minor issue. Cutting back your nute rate just a bit would probably be where I would start. If that didn't work I would run a soil test just to get some better data points. Good luck!
