DWC to Perpetual

I ran HDX 27gal w/ bulkheads and then a 5gal w/uniseals. I prefer uniseals but bulkheads aren't bad because you can re-connect the flex tubing. You need plumber's tape and aquarium sealant to be on the safe side w/bulkheads.

Monday night i started germing some pipe dreams. About 16 total. 10 or so had taproots 24 hours later. Only 4 were long enough to get past the neoprene collars in my aero. Got those going.

Setup my intake for my lights in the flower. Gotta work up an exhaust tonight then im sailing.

Imma have to just use uniseals on this rdwc. I cannot find these NGW brand bulkheads.

Are bulkheads safer than uniseals?

Fuck uniseals. A good bulkhead fitting is the only way to go.

NOT TRUE. The ngw bulkheads come with a rubber gasket and that's all I've ever needed.

i got my bulkheads at bulkreefsupply.com they were fairly cheap too compared to other places i.e. grainger.

they aren't cheap but way more reliable than uniseals IMO.

I used cheaper ones and they leaked. The stamp on the part says 1" NGW.

Try 1" flood table drain? They come individually and in ten packs. I'm getting another ten pack soon, I'll be sure and save the SKU and label and post a pic.

Yeah I grab the ten packs too. My leaks may have been from not drilling in reverse, who knows.

Do you use a hole saw or a stepper type drill bit?

hole saw and then a deburring tool to clean up the edges worked for me.

Dod u go with ABS or sched 80? sched 80 ones on bulkreefsupply are 12 a pop. i need like 27 of them.

i got mine years ago. i'm pretty sure they were just the ABS ones. if i'm not mistaken, the sch 80 are better for high pressure apps.

303 kinda dropped the fem seeds and I dunno why. The only thing I have from them now in fem are a pack of snowpack and 1 apsen og and jet fuel from long long ago. The jet fuel never did me wrong but the aspen og had , yield was really bad but then again that was probably my fault.
