Strains: 2 Greenpoint Shuteye x Polar Bear OG | 1 Dr Underground U-Pink Kush | 1 G13 Blue OG | 1 Dinafem Dinachem
Nutes: Gh FloraNova Bloom/FloraBlend, Botanicare Pure Blend Tea, Hi Brix Molasses,Earth Juice CalMag, Great White, Neem
Light Source: Apollo Hort. 600w HPS, just doing normal 12/12
Medium: Pro-Mix Organic Herb & Vegetable
Shuteye cross, U-Pink Kush and Blue OG all germed and sprouted together and Dinachem sprouted yesterday. 1 of the shuteye x fell on her 2nd day of life... o well. Pics taken just before lights out. Stoked for this comp! I expect to learn alot good luck!

Strains: 2 Lotus Larry (reg) from Bohdi Seed | 1 Wappa (fem) from Paradise Seeds
Nutes: ADN Iguana Juice Grow / Bloom, Bud Candy, Voodoo Juice, Bud Ignitor, Nirvana, Plagron Pure Zym
Light Source: DIY Vero 29 v2 (a mix of 3000K and 4000K), power consumption from 250 to 440W.
Medium: Plagron Light Mix



Two of my selected seeds don't even bother to sprout, one Barney's LSD and one Trainwreck from RDG. I hope to get at least one girl from my regular seeds...
I would like to post my weekly update on sunday.

Seeds/Strains: 3 Afgahani (reg) from Seedsman & 2 Purple Diesel (fem) from Cali Connection

Germination Date: 8-12-15

Growing Medium: 2 parts Fox Farm Happy Frog + 1 part Perlite + 1 part Coco Coir + a healthy handful of homegrown Earth Worm Castings

Nutrients: General Organics Grow, Bloom. CalMag+; Great White Mycorrhizae; Pro-Tekt Silicon; Vegamatrix Prozyme, homebrewed AACTs, Homemade Aloe Vera & Coconut Water Foliar Spray.

Lights: 400w HPS 12/12 Sharing the space with the other gals in my flower space which has 2 400w HPS lamps

Water: Tap left to sit for 48 hours

Pest Control (As Needed): Dr Bronner's Lavender/Hemp Castille Liquid Soap, Neem Oil, Lavender Oil, Thyme Oil, Rosemary Oil, Cinnamon Oil (not pictured).

First update for the Purple Widows. Three are one week old and two others are just one day old with seed shells still on.
I've got a full grow room and I have a problem with knocking over cups. The solution was to place the 16oz cups inside 18oz cups and then place in one of those square fabric storage cubes. Seems to be working and good luck to all.

Getting this shit over with early..............going for a finish

Light: Osram zelion 3x2 horti led panel V1(125w)

Germination: 8/14/15
.......was in bad shape , had to pull off it's stuck seed husk

Strain: 1 Spanish seeds Chronic x NL fem freebie from midweeksong. Killed off my last white label nl couple of days ago due to heat and shitty fast draining mix. Picked out allot of perlite and will try to babysit better.....lol


Medium: Just filled it up from the 30gal pot, which contains ROLS and organic mechanics container blend.

Fertilizer: Down to Earth's vegan mix, heavily amended into this cup=== just plain water start to finish unless I see issues.

Container: 16oz , the OG winning "blow job" party cup using a small airpump/airstone in the medium. Does it do anything? NO, just for nostalgia.


Light cycle: 12/12 from seed just like the rest of the NL's in the room


Fran's mom came down from NYC to bring me luck, she says the party scene sucks up there......gonna be staying with me for awhile.
....oh we're gonna party alright

12/12 in regular potting soil with about 10% perlite, under a 400w hps.
Nutrients...got some biobizz veg and bloom laying around here somewhere to use and good old TLC. Until they inevitably start turning yellow, then lots and lots of anger
Same Vonshef party cups as the last comp, which are technically smaller than 16oz , but we all know you can't keep up with my state of the art set up and groundbreaking techniques , so this is giving you a fair chance m'kay? Aw don't cry now

I always forget which date to put on the cups, so just to state they were all germed on 6th Aug. Actual birthdates are on the cups





Oh...and for all you nostalgic folk from the last party cup comp, these babies will be sharing the tent with the entrants of the last contest....yes, THEY ARE STILL ALIVE !!!
Just look at the poor bastards now though...lol
Left to right - Lil Bub (my beautiful ex contender!) Jack Widow, and some straggly schwag ebony kush which i only kept alive because it bemused me.

But i said i'd get some bud out of them...
...just maybe.

Yes, Philips CDM-T Elite 315/930/U/E Agro. I had them at ground level initially as I was afraid of light burn. When I saw the stretch they were placed on top of a bucket. Then I watered them last I tried to coax them deeper into the soil. It worked well on one and mediocre on the other two.

@bicit, you went above and beyond. I have an excel spreadsheet also but it's simple. Two columns to the right. Name and initial and weekly posts to the right then next column down contestants info. If you can keep them going, I'm sure everyone will appreciate it. I'll keep using the one I started. Nice job.

Nope I haven't even germed yet

You have until the 5th of next month to get leaves above the ground. Don't post until all the cups you plan to enter have leaves above the ground. Then post weekly updates after that.

My Weekly Cupdate
Not much going on. All of the children are doing alright. Even the GSC x triple og is still hanging in there. It is definitely the runt of the litter and it didn't help matters that I knocked it over Thursday.

Remember, everyone has until 9-4 to pop your beans. Hopefully the rules on page one can answer most questions. I hope more people stick it out this round, already seeing some nice strains entered. Please make sure all your plants have broken through before your initial post. Any other concerns, please post them so we can get them out of the way.
