every football player in the country gets drug tested and has been for a veeeeeery long time.
not really the topic at hand. rather the mandatory drug testing of the entire student body.....
besides mom wouldve have been told either by phone call or signed letter. so he need not explain anything, unless yiur just talking about explaining his drug use.

as to profit. i agree to an extent. i was responding to this "WTF do they want all their kids drinking? Oh yeah, those things have bar codes and turn a corporate profit... "
the education system does not care about alcohol sales. for some reason pot heads are the biggest group of conspirators.
and the info is not kept or stored anywhere, not a file, not a word anywhere. your avg school principal would have to go out of the way to contact a federal agency, and get them to collect it, remember if this were true they would be incredibly nervous going to collect, as its illegal and would have to trust the principal...lol
theres no logic in any of this

When I was in highschool there were very few things I didnt try.
A few years after highschool the only thing I messed with at all was smoking buds.
As I aged I saw many people I knew go through their experimenting stages much later in life. During times when they had a good job (to lose) wife and children (to lose) and a lot of responsibilities (they couldnt live up to). When I would see such things I would/do always think to myself that I was so glad I did all my experimenting back when I was young and didnt affect anyone but myself.

yall dont even make sense.
maybe im not high enough

Math teacher Buck Robert (male) can also... paddle... girl (female)
....no

it has nothing to do with profit, weed happens to stay in your system longer than any other (common) drug. when drug testing in jones town, (what was perhaps still is, the meth capitol of tx) i assure you they are hoping to find meth. they can only randomly test every so often..or it infringes on rights, do you expect them to test every 3 days? or that would still leave alcohol, test upon leaving the classroom??

and everyone is going to know what? their is no big database of kids who failed lol. you fail the test, its a call home. test is then tossed.. and it cant be shared

somehow ignorance made it seem like im defending this crap.

Buck and Paddy with a hint of Rob, will understand. The rest is about a perverts chance to be nice and paddle a kid softly,...legally.

It`s common knowledge we potheads burned out our simple side of the brain, we type sophisticated now and read with a bit of creativity.

F`n pot............

I think the implication was that the schools leave but one choice for kids to try without the worry of testing. Why bitch about drugs, only to point toward the apothecary/package store?

Go West young man............

They should only be able to test under suspicion with well documented and good cause.

If the kids clearly strung out, by all means test them. Otherwise there is no grounds to test random people at random times.

Is it school or prison? When did the school system start to resemble and follow the prison system?

been to womens death row in tx once a month for 6-7 years.
apparently its too much effort to locate a male. so no metal detector or pat down for me lol. and yes thats contact visit, and death row is private after regular visitation hrs.
stupid

many schools are much worse than that.

The original intent of government run schools was to indoctrinate and create a mass of obedient mill workers and cannon fodder.

You should read up on this. Google around a bit and check out - Kaiser Wilhelm Prussian School model, John Taylor Gatto or find the School Sucks Podcast series.

To answer your question, yes, government schools and prison share many methods and goals.

Oh I know all too well. I see first hand how the system wants to create mindless servants. It amazes me how much authority "educators" yield with your children.

They use the term "co parenting" and utilize extreme powers to ensure families fall in line with their model. When your kid leaves the door to go to school, you all but absolved yourself of parental rights and handed them to the faculty.

For anyone who doesn't believe me, test me, (I don't recommend it) stand up for your kids and go against indoctrination or other acts that may be forced upon your family that you don't agree with.

David and Goliath when going against a school division. If you have kids in school keep a book and document everything. One day you might need it if you ever have a serious problem with the school.

Do you think the schools initiated the drug testing? Fuck no. Your post is the one that makes no sense what so ever.

Yeah it's the topic at hand. Nobody in school, especially football players, should be tested. I see you've already accepted this practice. I never will.

Crivitz, WI — Many government schools across the country are now considering mandatory drug tests for students. This fall, schools in the Crivitz school district, in Wisconson, will actually be implementing the drug testing policy for students. This is just the latest example of children and young adults having no rights in school.

Football coach Jeff Dorschner is one of the supporters of the new policy, and it seems from his comments that he fails to see how drug testing students is a gross violation of their privacy and natural born rights.

“We have a growing drug problem in Marinette County and in talking with the police force and talking with school administrators and other conference athletic directors, I just felt that as a school we could do something to try to deter students,Dorschner told WBAY.

Luckily, there are a few loopholes that will allow some students to opt out of the testing, but they will only be exempt if they stay away from extracurricular activities and if they don’t apply for a parking pass. Students who enroll in extracurricular activities, or purchase a parking pass for the school parking lot will all be forced to take mandatory drug tests. It is possible that the district will also find other ways to trap students into the tests, perhaps requiring them for field trips, lunch assistance or special events like school dances.

The students will not have any warning about when they will be tested either, as every two weeks their names will be selected randomly.

Dorschner attempted to defend the new policy by saying that students will not be expelled or arrested, but a failed drug test could obviously cause immense trouble for students who may choose to use drugs responsibly.

“They’re not expelled from school. We’re not getting the police involved. Their records are totally confidential through the nurse’s office, and it’s getting these kids back on track,” Dorschner said.

Is this a good or a bad idea? Discuss.
'to begin' and 'considering' are worlds apart.

0/0 stars for yet another fail thread.

this will be challenged and deemed completely unconstitutional.

this video has come to mind several times while reading this thread.

Teachers are gossip whores. All of 'em, male female w/e. Every teacher knows everything that goes on in that school, and most schools in the region.

They are adults that never wanted to leave highschool.

I'm sorry to have disappointed you.

Yes, I agree that forced funding of government schools in any kind of a rational world would be deemed unconstitutional, since it is an extension of the serf / lord mentality and fails the ethical test.

In truth I did, some of the time. I was younger and more obedient at that time...just like you...slave.
nah, i had great teachers and learned how to think critically in school, unlike you, whose main mental faculty seems to be regurgitating spooner and sticking up for pedophiles.

why do you refuse to state that it should be illegal for adults to have sex with pre-pubescent children?
That's cheating. What happened to the backward countdown?

It is heinous to force interactions with all people that do not or are unable to consent to them. I try to consistently abide by that, you do not.

in other words, you believe a pre-pubescent child can consent to have sex with an adult, because you are a pedophile.

No, but if you took that foreskin out of your mouth, I could try to put words into your mouth too.

I do not engage in the actions you have alleged, nor do I endorse them, that doesn't make the possibility of an action impossible though just because I don't approve of it. I oppose people using force in human relations, you are the one that is inconsistent there, not me.

Got to feed the chickens now, but you leave me some comments ...I'll be back later sometime. Please try to respect other people and their property in my absence.
