i agree with @hotshotisdashit i use happy frog soil and you could use that and start now while the soil finishes cooking. it will be done in time for when you need to up-pot them for the first time. i'd suggest looking into a T5, for the money you spend on all those CFLs you could get a nice 2-foot 8-bulb T5 and not have to mess with the distance requirements that CFLs impose on the grower.

As soon as I get back home from my Holiday vacation I will start, I have everything set for my grow, can't wait to start now.
I was enen thinking the same thing that I could start now and my cooking will be done by the time i need to transplant.
I saw a T5 at my local hydro shop when I picked up my HF soil but it was too large for my closet, I didn't know they came that small, 2 footer, nice! My wife wanted me to pick up an LED setup that they had but I saw it cheaper online.

What i do is start in 16 oz dixie cups. For maybe teo weeks i veg in those until roots are established. I go straight from dixie cups to 7 gallon fabric pots. I use 1/3rd super soil and 1/3 rd base soil. I veg for 45-60 days before i flip. Around 3-4 weeks into flower i top dress with 1 gallon more of super soil. I do add dolomite lime to all my soil but earthworm castings only in my super soil.

My seeds arrived 3 weeks ago ( Wifey hooked me up) now its time to start growing.

BTW, got the seeds from Bernie's is their someplace else I should go too, or is ok to stick to bernies

@hotshotisdashit if you decide to use happy frog and get started right away, i add EWC and a little dolomite lime to it first, and start my seedlings out in this

Great! Got the soil in my garage and the EWC is ready for p/u when i get back home.

Are you referring to barneys farm seed company? I love their critical kush. Have never grown anything else from them. Most people talk down on barneys and give very bad reviews. I recommend you google attitude seeds. There youll find many different breeders with many different strains.

Naw, it was Herbies my bad Wifey picked me up some Northern lights, AK47, AK48 and some blueberry shit cause she like the color and smells sweet. It was a birthday present and a surprise, and she dont't smoke!

But I'll check those out.

Then I guess my homeboy looks in on this site but I doubt it, he's real old school he just finished doing a hydro grow don't know what he said he was gonna suprise me, anyhow he got my wife onto that site, guess he got it from somebody else. Like I said he's old school he don't want not even a smart phone aint like he can't afford one, he's a retired welder from the the big apple.
