healthy plant?

Hi, my plant is about 2-3 weeks into flowering. How does it look like it's doing. This is my first grow so any tips would be kindly received. Does this look right for 2-3 weeks into flower? I can see some very small trichomes starting to appear but it doesn't look anything like a budding plant in other pictures i've seen? Thanks!

Looks good ,it's better to post pics under regular light if you did have a problem brewing it would be hard for us to see it with the lights on.

Yes they healthy so far but hard to see details with the pic's.
