Problems with growth and discolored leaves.

I've been doing a ton of research over the last 6 months prior to me beginning my first grow. All was well up until week 5-6 of flowering. The roots were looking great, the plants were growing at a steady pace and everything was wonderful. Suddenly I've began to notice leaves are starting to turn yellowish brown and are beginning to die and fall off. Mainly around the bottom to mid of the plant and only the fan leaves are doing it heavily. Its happening to two of the 4 plants I have in my tent. I do not use a digital ph reader but I do use the vial and drop system and I've been trying to keep it between 5.5-6 for the most part. I keep my ppm around 900-1200 and I've been using General Hydroponics Maxi series nutrients with Advanced Nutrients Big Bud, Bud Igniter, Bud Factor X, and I just switched to Overdrive yesterday. I did give them a phed h2o 18 hour soak with a small amount hf hydrogen peroxide prior to doing the nutrient change yesterday hoping that they possible were nute locked and were not taking in anything. The two plants I'm having issues with are 1 Delahaze and 1 bag seed. I'm currently growing in a DWC setup in 5 gal buckets with an industrial air pump with a 6 way splitter. Running a 400w mh in a cool tube and my temperatures stay between 70-80 both dark and light hours. Humidity has been kind of jump from 45-70 due to an HVAC problem but that was fixed today so hopefully they will settle out around 40-45% and I have a dehumidifier in the room to use when needed. I have a 8' hurricane fan circulating air through a port on the opposite side of the bottom of the tent also a oscillating fan on the bottom and two 6 inch fans at the tops of the canopy. I just noticed today that the bag seed has one extremely odd leaf near the main cola that is discolored brown in the center with some yellow throughout the leaves. I would appreciate any help that is possible. Not sure if it helps but I am using tap water that balances out to 125-135 ppm after sitting for 25 hours and i usually have to add a descent amount of ph up to get it to 5.5-6 after adding nutes and letting it sit for a few hours. My lights are sitting about 18-24 inches above most of the colas. I hope this is enough information and if there's anything else I need to tell you to help just ask please. Thank you!

ps on a side not my brother is a horticultural major and he said its possible to be a magnesium issue or something along those lines but he wasn't sure due to never growing cannabis.

Just a comparison. My sweet kush, which is having no issues other than some leaves curling under at the top which I assume is due to resins, is growing great. Here are a few comparison pictures in size as oppose to the delahaze and bag seed.
Also sorry for the hps being on. I tried to turn the flash on on my camera to hopefully make it a little clearer. Ill attempt to take a few better pictures when the lights go off tonight if these are not sufficient.

you're adding way to much fertilizer. why are you doing this? looks like you have dark green leaves with leaf tip death, which usually means over fert. cut back you ppm to about 700 or less perhaps, and see what happens. peroxide won't help.

Alright, I'll give it a whirl. I was just trying to do it by the label on maxibloom. It said 2 teaspoons per gallon so I would add around 6 or so To each bucket and it seems to always come out to over 1200. I thought I read on a few other forums that people were using 1200 to 1600ish around weeks 6 to 7. I'll kick it back and see how it goes. Any chance in me salvaging the two that look terrible and getting new growth before they are ripe?
