My First Outdoor NW

In the NW, I find it is invaluable to know how to force an early flower, so you can harvest early.

I personally start on July 1st.
Cover the plants for complete darkness in the evening after the sun goes down.
Leave the cover on in the morning.
Remove cover at about 10am.

____________

I feel as though shooting for several smaller ladies that you can transport is also a good idea in the NW, that way you can hide them from the rain, give them more air, isolate, spread, whatever you need to do.
If you have a rain cover that allows light to penetrate, then you should just have to worry about air flow and insects.

______________

Never leave bud or trim in your car.
People fucking suck asshole.

My yard has too much shade and too many mold spore floating around... As it stands the weather calls for some overcast and rainy days staring Wednesday. If that holds true, I'll take everything down Tuesday and cut my losses. My hope is to dry the top buds (not really big enough in most cases to call them "colas"), and take the copious amounts of popcorn bud, freeze it, and make bubble hash from it. Hopefully it will amount to some decent medicine.

next year for sure!
Maybe we can start it early, when we're picking our strains for our outdoor grows and compare notes. This winter I'm going to do a lot more research, there is a lot of info out there on mold/rot/PM resistant strains. Hopefully there are some that are Sativa dominant and also finish early!!! Although the last part I'll participate in much more proactively.

I've done all the way through with org but these bugs are tighter and bigger than I ever got but I won't know till its dry right
sorry m stoned, misread your fert question. big tight buds should stay that way.

when its dry, thats the rewards. growing has its own rewards.

had an epiphany for to have more light. Dug out my panda film, should have thought of this in spring,:dunce: oh well, now they will receive more
reflected light.

@Humanrob just imo
Edit:
Panda film is temp fix until they finish.
there need to have considerations for 1.) the reflected HEAT and 2.) air flow
Will invest in getting white 50% shade cloth,

MYLAR could have the same issues.
