Well yur gonna need more than a t12 real soon. Those will get you to about 6 inches the slowest way possible, and then they wont cut it. If your in a small cabinet id go with a 400w hps. Or if your in a closet or bigger id go with a 600w hps, and obviously a 1000w hps if you have lots of room and have a way of cooling the heat.

Nice vibrant color. No curling up or down.

In a week you should be able to start a 1/2 strength feed.

You can and will get good quality bud using florescent lighting. Just not alot of it! It's your choice whether to get a stronger light and when however they rarely don't pay themselves back really quickly. On the other hand a cfl grow is great experience and will help you learn more before deciding to bite the bullet and do a larger hps or led grow good luck buddy!!

day12, it toppled due to weight and having a skinny stim, this happen alot? Should I put support around it?
