That's not good to expect that to happen.

It shouldn't be happening. Whether or not the girl was a bitch, there is no excuse for causing bodily harm.

She did not get away with anything. She disobeyed the teacher yes, and with that she deserved a walk to the principals office. A stern talking to and confiscation of her phone for the day.

If you think it's not good what he did, stop comparing it to the punishment she deserved.

They also are CONVICTED of fewer crimes....

Modern day police are bullies with badges working as hired thugs by our local government to find piddly ass ways to fine and fee the budget out of the community, while asserting their authority over all living creatures....

Good cops are the rarity now, not the majority... and the good ones simply look the other way when the bad ones take control...

That is true to some extent but you are leaving out the fact that it is proportionally higher on minorities. Question for you, if a Pig put his cack in your mouth, would you resist?
