He ain't his dad. My gut tells me he is just like the rest.Rand Paul 2016
The apple doesnt fall far from the tree. He has said his style is different. He does try to play along. Once in power he will do what he thinks is right regardless. He is still the only one talking about military industrial complex. Just another veteran here supporting the only candidate for peace. He ain't his dad. My gut tells me he is just like the rest.
There's still just something about him that I perceive as ingenuous. Kinda like having a dope addict run a rehab clinic. Sure, he's real and knows that of which he speaks. But he just might be the dealer that helps so many relapse. The apple doesnt fall far from the tree. He has said his style is different. He does try to play along. Vets for Rand 2016
They will all say about anything.Sanders says what I believe needs to be done. No one else- on either side of the political aisle- is even in the same conversation.
Instead of trying to align yourself with a politician, consider writing a list of political issues important to you. Not the ones constantly blasting from the tv, the ones YOU care about. There's still just something about him that I perceive as ingenuous. Kinda like having a dope addict run a rehab clinic. Idk, something don't sit right with me.
As of now, I see nobody I am willing to back.
That's how I felt about Ron. And I believe he had the internal fortitude to at least try.Sanders says what I believe needs to be done. No one else- on either side of the political aisle- is even in the same conversation.
...except when given the chance, they haven't.They will all say about anything.
I have done that but I am very suspicious of lip service .Instead of trying to align yourself with a politician, consider writing a list of political issues important to you. Not the ones constantly blasting from the tv, the ones YOU care about.
Now, go through the list of current presidential candidates and see shots discussing the issues on your list and what their positions are.
For me, the only candidate that matched was Mr Sanders. No one else was even close.
...and they're doing it for good reason; he's a huge threat to their cozy lil money making machine. That's how I felt about Ron. And I believe he had the internal fortitude to at least try.
The left is marginalizing Sanders like the right did to RP.
Me too. I'm pretty satisfied that his track record and his current rhetoric seen to match up pretty well. Try saying THAT about any of the others!I have done that but I am very suspicious of lip service .
As did RP. And the powers that be win by division....and they're doing it for good reason; he's a huge threat to their cozy lil money making machine.
I said it about Ron. UB is right when he says i supported RP. THINK he refers to meas a "Fanboi".Me too. I'm pretty satisfied that his track record and his current rhetoric seen to match up pretty well. Try saying THAT about any of the others!
I think a lot of people are looking for the same things in their political leaders, but they're trained to respond to different action words. Righties and lefties are finding themselves closer to one another's positions than they think, it's just a matter of vocabulary.I said it about Ron. UB is right when he says i supported RP. THINK he refers to meas a "Fanboi".
Time for a viable 3rd party. Oh wait, we are stuck one a two party system......I think a lot of people are looking for the same things in their political leaders, but they're trained to respond to different action words. Righties and lefties are finding themselves closer to one another's positions than they think, it's just a matter of vocabulary.
