Thanks Hooka. She's very stiff and didn't sleep well. She's only just got over a slipped disk so in all likelihood she'll be in a bad way for some time. But, she's a trooper so she'll just get on with shit anyway. Probably won't do her any good but you just can't tell women shit cos they're always right. Right?

That's from the dash cam we bought after the last twat wrote last car off doing much the same thing 6 months ago.
Fuckers have no idea out here. Just hammer across the main road without stopping or looking. Cam shows he appears from behind trees on the right and 2 seconds later it was over. Didn't even touch the brakes till he was in the main road.
The guys insurance are dragging their heels, which is stupid cos it's blatantly obvious who's at fault.
Volvo is a good idea, but I think we're going back to Land Rovers. Don't want to see this ever again....

It's excellent that you had it all recorded. The insurance don't have a leg to stand on do they? The driver should at least admit it. Wtf? Is she on the mend now? It's a big shock so soon after the other one.

If they find Growan on here then Mrs Growan will be likely to do a drugs test in which I'm sure she'll pass with flying THC colours!
Edit: not to say that Mrs was stoned when driving, it's just that from first hand experience I know that the swab test in the mouth doesn't have any limits. I will always say I was smoking the night before. Even the police said I was ok to drive but couldn't let me coz I failed it.

He's claiming to have a head injury so bad he's unable to talk to the insurance, despite him refusing to get in the ambulance at first. Oh and having NO HEAD INJURY.
I'm not sure if I can have him done for some sort of attempted insurance fraud, making false statement, perverting the course of justice, being a cunt... but if I can....I will.
I love Google. So far it's told me his daughter has had a fine for driving without insurance in the past. I also know what type of cows he breeds and when he's won medals for his fine bullocks. All fascinating stuff.

Since insurance companies can't be fucked to work weekends in this half country, I need an admission of liability by lunch time so I can get a hire car sorted. As far as I know, the insurance company doesn't actually need his say so to accept liability, and I can't see that inspection of the vehicles affects who's to blame.
