I wont be building any sound boxes, but if the fans are too loud I will get a duct muffler.
Yea I am gonna leave some space to walk, but as little as possible since the room isn't huge to begin with. It will definitely be a challenge, but I think I can make it work. I also plan on building a scrog net on each 5 gallon pot so I can move them when needed.
so how does the RV grow work exactly? Do you have a generator that runs while it's off? Have to turn it on every so often? I think it's cool as hell to grow in a RV!
Well it's just a 30' trailer, not a rv with a motor so no generator is needed. There is an internal breaker in the trailer, and I am hooked up to a regular panel outside. I am going to frame and insulate the bedroom which should help with sound, and I'll live in the living room/kitchen area.so how does the RV grow work exactly? Not crazy at all one of my best friends is doing the same thing but I think his trailer is a 50 or 60 foot double wide master bedroom and bathroom been converted into grow space and a 5x5 tent in kitchen it's pretty sweet and he is right smack in the middle of the park too

Did your trailer came from the manufacturer with a 30 amp three prong power cord? Or did your trailer came from the manufacturer with a 50 amp four prong power cord? The 30 amp receptacle at the electrical service panel is only capable of supplying 120 volts. The 50 amp receptacle at the electrical service panel is capable of supplying 240 volts and split phase 120 volts.
It has the 3 prong 30 amp. I don't plan on using the internal panel though, my electrician friend said he could install a subpanel in the trailer being powered by the box outside. He has only seen pics so when he comes to check everything out I guess he will know better. In addition to the 30 amp , there Is also a 15 amp circuit on the outside panel that isn't Being used yet. Based on what I have told you do you think 240v is possible? All I need is a light and tv in my living space so almost all of the power will be used for the grow.
