I get the movement, I understand why they are doing it but a lot of the times they are backing the wrong person for their agenda. Many times they protest against police brutality against known criminals (you know the ones who already have violent priors) and so I can understand in SOME situations a police officers use of force but they need to pick the right candidates to protest for.

Also jumping on stage grabbing the mic from bernie sanders was pretty much the worst thing they could have done. Why would one be so stupid as to make a potential ally look like a douchnozzle? Bernie would have given them some time for questions and what not had they actually acted like civilized people.

You can't just go around with brute force and assinine tactics and hope the world sees you as this shining bright light of hope. Black Lives Matter in my opinion is a step backwards in terms of overall progress.

Yet without the BLM movement would police brutality be up in the forefront of the news and on almost everybody's lips? Hardly - we'd still discount it as "just a thug getting shot," which to me is a terrible way the news spins this stuff.

You probably should go back and read it again. The fishing boat and the corporate employee's are different and my wife is the secretary of the corporation, and got paid for secretary stuff. All lives matter, but if your a cop (and I have no love for cops) and you are called to a location were someone has a weapon waving it around acting all crazy what do you do? Fire up a smoke and see what going to happen. Hell no you don't. If you don't throw down the weapon and comply with their commands they will shoot and kill you.
Yes, on the news it looks likes senseless killings but those cops will get their day in court and tried for their wrong doing, were all the facts will be brought forward. As soon as a black person is killed by a cop, everyone is eager to destroy the town that they shop and live in, that makes no sense to me.
