can my lamp do this damage to my plant ?

i have some problems with my plant. it may look like the lamp is damaging the plant , i have had some nutrient problems earliier but now it seems only the top of the plant is damaged, the tips are yellowing and dying.
i have a mars 2, 1200w (550w draw) in a 3x3 tent and my temps are good i usually have them about 25C, the lamp is now about 30 inches above canopy!
.i use coco100% and the hesi line nutrients .
i post some pictures maybe some of you can help me

Ive had that before and it looks like nute burn and or your PH is off. I watered with PH corrected plain water with 25% run off twice and then went back to my feeding schedule at half the strength and the problem cleared right up. I have a lot of light as well but that wasn't the problem. Problems on the new growth usually means it was something you've done recently.

Looks like overfeeding to me.

You're running 61w/sq ft which is about right for Mars Hydro. The lights are spec'ed like LED at 37w/sq ft, but have to add more and do 50+ in flower, like HID. (I've seen one person use 90w/sq ft with Mars2).

well, i had a ph meter at the beginning of the grow but it got broken. i received in the mail just now a new ph meter, my ph has been at about 6,5-7 , have feed with PH corrected feeding now so i hope the plant will be better

You torched em. Back off the nutrients , just plain water only until the necrosis stops and the plant appears to be recovering. Then half strength after. Just a suggestion that I have had fabulous results with.

yeah well i did water with plain water , 2 days ago , that was before i got the PH meter , i gave them a small feed afterwards. and today i feed them with PHd feeding(low dose)

Thats ph lock out.. u might of over fed at some point and now its coming to fruition.
Check ppm and ph.

i did flush her couple a days ago , and feed with about 200ppm feeding, run off ppm was 75 i think when i watered today .

U need to not feed at all just water for a couple of days and just check ph. Plants dont need a constant running of nutes. Most just need water and feed once a week in soil and 2wice a week if hydro.
But check PH

have watered with plain ph¨d water and given her a light feed now . she seems to have healthy new growth .

OK, a little update and some questions. the plant is getting a lot better, new healthy growth , a bit burned leaves that are dying, have picked some of them of . i have taken of some side-branches, the plant is realy bushy and some of the side branches are taking of and i am thinking maybe it is a good idea to cut some ? i maybe some of you have some advice for me , , here are some pictures i just took
