I voted liberal remember harper's goals was to make more jails and fill them up

The results point studies that show a lower sperm count for some habitual users. I think HCs recommendation is warranted. Nobody has to follow the advice, and nobody will be surprised if they are a heavy user and can't make a baby. I don't see the issue.
