I use LEDS, so not much knowledge their, i think 5000 too 6500 k for veg and 3500 too 4000 k for flower,

I bought a light online cfl 150 wat 5000k 6700 lumens
And another light 75 wat 2700k 3500 lumens
And another light 75 wat 2700k 3500 lumens

I actually don't need a fan I'm growing in my basement but I thought the 2700k light was only for flawering

Actual or equivalent? You need 100 actual watts for veg and 150 for flower at a minimum.

I would count by lumens to make it easyer for the kid. and u do need a fan it may not be hot but the plants need circulation or u could grow mildew mold or other problems especially in a basement where it may be damp and that potter is better than the cup. u still will have to replant it before its grown for now that size is perfect. and I agree with above u need to run both those bulbs I would run at least 4-6 minimum if your trying to yeald anything worth having.... and don't over water... my biggest mistake yet lol ask bb
