Smoking my first harvest

burned a L of some bagseed I grew, first real grow. Had hints of purp in the leaves. I was impressed tasted good. Haven't cured long enough for a smell but oh well.
The bud the seed came from was some horribly grown stuff.

Have some huge colas drying right now. More of a flush. Will update if there is a taste difference for longer flush.

Thats crazy, either a genetic prodigy or the guy you bought off sucked hermie D. How long do you flush? My first stuff from bagseed was flushed for a week and smelled awful when they were alive im going to have to turn em to hash. Flushing for a week wasn't enough for sure, I flushed my blue dream 2 weeks and they turned out to be great where it actually burned my chest from the resin > with white ash but stuff that was harvested around the same round had some black ash with nutes ruining the taste, I suspect I only flushed them for just over a week and that going for 2 full weeks of flushing is pretty necessary for that smooth burn.
I got 2 plants im harvesting tomorrow that has ~15% amber trichs but i wish they were still all cloudy cause I think I flushed them 3 or 4 times but they still got some green left in the top fan leaves that Nitrogen buildup is what will mess up my flavor im tripping whether flushing once more tomorro befor harvesting- cause im not sure how quickly they'll amber and I think Im suppose to harvest them when their dry im so fucking blazed right now

I flushed some for 2 days then the rest for a week , the one i flushed with a week smelled sweeter. i cut a plant a couple days at a time, still cutting from branches and putting into jars.

What kind of flushing are you guys talking about? I mean no assholedness but check the stickies on what and how to flush. You're missing a big part of it

Flushing as in PPM of 200 or less, before harvest. I know theres a big debate on flushing half say you dont need to flush, other half say its a must.
Im just telling you guys how i did it, for first time experiment
