nope.will you be taking par measurements?

I grow fucking weed dude, I don't design lights. Go play with your li-cor.::bookmarks early candidate for least informative thread ever::
wow. the entire unit with bulb ballast and reflector is cheaper than the hortilux platinum ballast
Will be interesting to see how those hold up with all of the ballast electronics mounted right on top of the lamp
I've posted my allotted youtubes for the day but wtf , if its the same one though im on my tab and its not easy to post video. 2012 video of the hortilux platinum side by side with high freq sine..
oh and we coolWhich one was that bud? sorry about the attitude early on man . I'm willing to let guy bonds be guy bonds brother.
Right on.oh and we cool
Testing this now, in the dissent grow.It would be interesting to see what the 860 allstarts would do on LFSW ballast. Quick scan of google yields nothing.... I guess no one has tried the combo publicly. I wonder if advanced tech lighting or hortilux would comment on that subject.
Let us know how that turns out!?Testing this now, in the dissent grow.
Noticeable difference in output? Thats exciting.Testing this now, in the dissent grow.
Will do!Let us know how that turns out!?
@dbkick sure thinks so, and he's seen it in running on my mags here. I'd expect easily thirty percent more output, and it's likely running LESS watts doing it; it's a digital unit and so it's almost certainly more efficient than a magnetic ballast and therefore would pull less excess wattage to provide the lamp with the same 1kW.Noticeable difference in output? Thats exciting.
There is no turning the platinum down, I should sneak in there before lights on and put the killawatt meter on it.IS THAT A HORTILUX PLATINUM TURNED DOWN TO 850 OR SOME OTHER BALLAST? sorry to shout
