I love Herbie's, but.... Second package in a row to NOT arrive.

So far this company is 0 for 2 in first-time deliveries. My first was never delivered so they re-sent it. But now my second is also not here. Ugh.

Anyone else having this issue with them?
 
I've gotten every order, maybe 5 or 6. Depends on where u live I think......I switched to Midweeksong though since they are a lot cheaper with the roll20 discount and free shipping..
 
Order was dispatched on the 16th, still no joy. Their email states to contact them after the 9th if nothing is delivered, but I think this time I'll be asking for a refund and checking other locations.
 
Mine arrived today to east coast US, took about 10 days. Well packaged, no signature necessary- loads of freebies.
 
i just placed two orders with herbie
one was lost to chicago customs
& one made it.
so you have a choice for them to resend it or get you're money back but if its resent & snagged again you're out of luck.
i expect my resend will make it & herbie was cool.
 
I had multiple orders from Herbies over a few years and thought they were my #1 place..til my last order 5 months ago.. Premature seeds that were so white n tiny I instantly knew they fucked me.. I don't think I'll ever use em again since there are dozens of US banks now.
 
I have only ordered from Herbies once with success.

How big was your order, I have only had one order seized, it was like a $150 order though
 
Any seed orders (Herbies or Attitude) coming in thru Chicago seem to always have problems. ON the east coast, they come thru N.Y. and they always seem to get thru no problem.....
 
Plain regular mail is run thru a processing machine and will generally crush seeds if not protected, even thru a card...........
