no, what I'm saying is that he does not unethically distribute campaign funds, as you alluded, he PAID people who were WORKING for him. And he didn't even pay them that much. They weren't volunteers, they were obviously on payroll, hence the fact that they were paid.

I saw his charts on TV, So did you apparently, or you wouldn't know of them. The debates aren't run by the government, or even the parties, but by the hosts, usually an educational institution or a news broadcaster. Just because you're running for office doesn't obligate anyone to give you free airtime.
