if your cutting the plant in a few days why do you need the roots ?

My mum got flowers that had been cut for mother's day one week later the blooms have opened the flowers did not need roots to finish at a certain peak you must no longer need the roots to finish the blooms off ? or at least if you like the buds a certain way.............

What ever it is, it seems to work lol. I would be a god around here growing that shit :). First time I ran actinic tubes people called me crazy so I put them away lol. Bringing them back out I think, if nothing else they look cool lol.

I added a 15000k kessil aquarium led,main light is an apache at200.

And yes I believe its the uv,the same uv that causes corals to floress to protect themselves.

So that`ll be uvb and uva ? I think uvc can be used to kill bacteria and stuff but uvc normally plants react to that pretty extremely when the levels go up, but a kessil would`nt have high uvc as that could damage your eyes

I did once use a uvc cfl type bulb, took about 15 - 20mins to turn a c99 that was in bloom from white hairs to full orange, took a few days for the plant to fully react but after pulling it out after 15- 20 mins of being in a bucket with the uvc lamp you could see it had gone from white/pale to ginger, lol

To tell you the truth I dont know what UV it is im assuming its UVA,but kessil claims proprietary spectrum bs...whatever it is..It seems to be helping in a positive way.Noticable difference since its been on.

I'm sure RM3 knows more than I but you may want to steer clear of UVC as yup it hurts the peepers lol. It's the uvb that is beneficial for trich production I believe, correct me if wrong RM3.

@RM3 your pic looks great i recently harvested your buds look swollen as my did as well but found tiny seeds in em i have been doing everything right and temp dialed in could this of been an act of rodelization i missed? Qny help would be great it was from a dispensary bought clone strain was lambsbread x sour diesel there was a power outage for a few hours but fixed the timer once i got off work

yeppers UVC is bad, UVB is good, UVA is what MOST bulbs put out

In most cases finding seeds is not your fault, an odd occasional seed is actually normal. A lot of tiny seeds could mean a late pollination, but a few hours of power disrup is not the cause

To be honest finding a few seeds i'm not talking 50,just a few means that you have pushed the plant to its max, and that you have left them to the perfect picking time,all plants will turn if left long enough,the seed's might be feminized if there from a regular grown plant.

I nearlly all ways find the odd seed,about 5/10 never more than that,it just means that you have left the plants full term like i said above,the old school grower that learnt me said to me if you don't find the odd seed then it means you could have pushed them a little longer,its a fine line between picking them bang in time like you have or ending up with a good few seeds,with experience you will learn to pick at the perfect time.

I sometimes like to take a few of the bottom bud's of the cheese strain and jack herer a little early just for me the taste is so sweet when its picked a little early,but i all ways leave the bulk untill the crowning has done all it can do,and the heads are milky not too dark,9 week both strains i have found to be perfect picking time.

A friend of mine grows the same strains has i have but he all ways pushes them a lot longer,the jack herer he leaves till about 10 week sometimes 11,he does not get much more weight wise,the bud just seems to be a bit more of a heavy buzz,i have made oil,from his stuff and its just over powering,great if you want a good nights sleep,i use mine for sleep along with a few other medical needs my wife uses it for several health issues one been sleep she uses twice the amount i use to get her of to sleep,but since we have been making vape oil from the stuff we do i am thinking more of just using most of our crop for the e cig liquids,it blows my nut of,i smoke it where ever i go,but it does smell strong so i have been adding more flavors,like tutti fruiti,to the oil's this kinda hides the smell of the cannabis,it seem's to smell like old school hash we used to get years ago the gold and red seal,would not mind getting hold of some of that old school squidgy,i all ways put a lb in the rick simson oil making that serves 4 of us,and just last for 8 week.

Make some great vape oil from that trim,get onto letsvape.eu get there concentrate bungle,but get a pen un less you all ready have one,the tops the provide do work but no where has good has a decent e cig,there still pretty new where i from in the uk, a few have come up to me while i have been smoking it in clubs in the uk and asked what it is where can they get the oil from ,i have no idea how much a 10 ml bottle would even cost if you was to sell them,may be a smoker from over the pond may have a idea,on the price,i use 3.5 grm,of rosin,to there concentrate oil,

Had a smoke of some arjon's ultra haze,not the nicest smoke i have ever had but shit,it has blown my nut of man,Soldiers like me to see me ,turn a very dark shade of green pmsl.I am not a big smoker of flowers,and when i do smoke its on special events,i do smoke ever day but to get me of to sleep,last thing at night
