It works like this
Bar manager: comes in aits around waits for barbacks to give orders to. Then at end of night makes sure bar backs did everything right and adds up on the count aheet. Lock doors drink leave
Bartender : servea amd counts at beginning/end of shift
Barback:rhe bitch does everything above but can kill in tips.

I have done all of that I started as barback, in 2 montha I was running it because well I rock. Entire time I was coked/k/gd/md(a)ma non stop. Did lsd too.

Got fired for foghting with my boss while stoned and he hit me with the you cant so drugs.

I made easy at a good wedding 500$ cash. Usually I was in control of 3 weddings aometimes more!

i worked in a really high end bar. same thing. but at another place i was a bar manager, so there is such a thing. but that was at a restaurant

drunks are fun.. but bar hours and lifestyle arent worth the money. i did it for a few years and loved it then.. looking back now, it was a waste of time. now i make a whole lot more and work normal hours.. also bars not a career.. once your done youre done
