I agree with you 100%, way to many coincidences. Something is fishy. He's on IG but won't come clean with what went down... Not cool. If he can get on IG, he should be doing some explaining, not just dodging folks.I didn't know that. But still, you can understand where I'm coming from right (kinda)?
I searched and found a bunch of posts (elsewhere) that specifically state not to use that phone number as well. That's the number I've always had and used. I never was told not to use it until today.
Does anyone know of new/working number for them? And if there isn't one, why? Shouldn't there be a number so customers having issues can call? I would think he'd have a new number posted everywhere so he could explain what happened to the people caught in the crossfire of this disaster.
If it was me, I'd go out of my way to make sure that anyone could contact me.
I'd sign up for a new email address immediately, get a new phone number and open a thread on every forum with a good explanation so my customers could have a place to go and ask questions.
This would be a whole bunch of coincidences if there is really nothing wrong...
I actually actually only made one order of two packs, Thug Pug BanannaBreath and In House Twisted Velvet but was only originally sent the Twisted Velvet. I emailed him explaining the situation and he sent the Thug Pug pack out a few days later. I received the same freebies with each pack, three beans of each of In House Genetics White Hulk, Noah's Ark and Fat Purple Pie. I thought that experience was a little sketchy but this takes the cake.
