Hey guys,
like the title suggests, the cops had a "domestic violence" call due to a heated argument between two family members, and entered the house.
Upon entering they found the grow room and asked if anyone had a "permit" to grow this, to which I responded by showing my doctors recommendation. Once I showed it to them, they want back inside for about 1-3 minutes and then came out apologizing for the inconvenience and asking if we had any questions regarding the issue at hand. We all said no and everyone went about their day, until i went to get the mail a couple minutes later and I see the cop car parked across the street on a corner, plain sight, not hidden. (He left after another cop car pulled up next to him, one of the other officers that accompanied the two, referred to him as sergeant.)
We were also very cooperative and understanding with the officers, meaning we didn't try to get them to not enter as if we have something to hide, we just stayed neutral and respectful.
The problem I have is: What happens now?
I am frightened that they will pass this over to federal jurisdiction and have on my hands a federal case.
State Guidelines recommends 6 mature plants or 12 immature plants. I am in those limits.
Thank you very much for taking the time to read this,
Help is always appreciated
