Im not questioning you guys or argueing the point but looking at how the states is doing it even in legal states its garbage to our previous program. I dont believe there will be 100s+ plant grows anymore. I hope the plant counts stay the same, anyone would be stupid to want any different. Im just not being naive thinking canada is going to give us dozens of plants and the states get 6. It will be fought and we will win. Just another couple years in court...hope injunction gets expanded.

washington home grow rules - Those entered in the state's voluntary patient database may cultivate, in his or her domicile, up to 6 plants for the personal medical use and possess up to 8 ounces of useable marijuana produced from his or her plants. If a qualifying patient has not been entered into the medical marijuana authorization database, he/she may grow, in his or her domicile, up to 4 plants for the personal medical use of the qualifying patient and 6 possess up to six ounces of useable marijuana in his or her domicile.

michigan home grow rules - no more than 12 marijuana plants kept in an enclosed, locked facility. OR, outdoor plants must not be "visible to the unaided eye from an adjacent property when viewed by an individual at ground level or from a permanent structure" and must be "grown within a stationary structure that is enclosed on all sides, except the base, by chain-link fencing, wooden slats, or a similar material that prevents access by the general public and that is anchored, attached or affixed to the ground, located on land that is owned, leased, or rented" by the registered grower and restricted to that grower's access.
