UR austin has 51,000 students.

this oscar mayer turkey bacon of average white women had grades that were worse than everyone but 47 other applicants that got in. 42 of the were white. only 5 were black or latino.

she wasn't challenging the admission of those 42 white students though!

she was only being used as a pawn anyway though.

Yep, that's literally it. She wasn't qualified on any level. It's really odd these right wingers chose her to be their plaintiff. She had a terrible case.

Well it's nice to know you are cool with racism against fire crotch's. Suppose a black person mated with a Ginger and that baby came out black and ginger would you call me racist for picking on the soulless Ginger?

By the way my wife is a daywalker she has the ginger freckles but not the fire crotch. Still trying to figure out if she has a soul though. :)

She was just a mediocre kid who wanted to go to the same school the rest of her family had gone to. It wasn't even really her idea to make a case out of it, she was recruited. The real villain here is Edward Blum, the attorney who recruited her. (http://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-court-casemaker-idUSBRE8B30V220121204) He is behind many of these type of lawsuits, and he seeks out anyone he thinks will fit the bill. She wasn't smart enough to get into UT, you can't blame her for being dumb enough to be talked into this. Well, you can totally blame her, she is probably a piece of shit, but don't let the REAL bad guy off the hook. Assign blame proportionally.
