How do I get said persons phone to constantly go off with texts and calls? Like sign them up for calls from companies!

anyone can be gotten and getting the info to do it is 100% legal .........u need some basic things
1 is info
A u need full given name
B u need date of birth....if can where they were
C any bills (once trash is placed out for pick up it becomes open u can legally take it ) .....account number on a bill makes simple
once u have this info u can hire any number of places and gain the person full info including banking statements .......it is 100% legal data mining
2 u need to decide what lvl u want to take this as u have the full info now ............if u are going full blown tare down the life make the person eat the gun u can
A u have the info on them allowing someone to basically steal the ID .....u publish it on some darknet sites ( with in 2 weeks will be bankrupt with massive debt)
B from the file u got u can read most of the person history ....find the weak point and press
C social status u need to remove them from there ppl so once u know the contacts they use most like the first person linked u several programs to allow u to fake/hide who it from and u can wreck personal relationships
D the file also gives u info on what they spend money on so u can find the pattern they fallow (coffee from the same place ) that opens u up to all kinds of stuff where i will not go into it
so how bad to do u want to fuck the person is the ? once u do it can not be taken back can not be unlearned ............so get shitty and make up mind if want to do this after u wake up the next day
