Well it happened sometime in the mid 1800's which is why I said around 200 years as it's close enough.

But 5th graders have that shit fresh in their memories I haven't had a black history class in a good 15 years. Could you tell me the exact date without Google?

I assume your talking about the Emancipation Proclamation on January 1, 1863 . I think I understand what you mean unfortunately that did not free all the slaves and even sadder that slavery is alive and well today across the globe not just in the USA.

About 10 years ago, my wife and I were walking through Delta college and passed by an MCOLES trainee class. I overheard them talking about how awesome it is that they get to seize people's possessions without ever charging them with a crime. They were all smiling from ear to ear and had the look on their faces like they just tp'd someones house. These days the police mainly train/hire mischievous people with low IQs that blindly follow orders. I know taking someone's shit and not charging them is different than shooting an unarmed person, but it's these cops with the same mindset as the kids I saw in the mcoles class that are doing the shooting. Change will only come from the top down. If they're training these idiots like this, it won't change shit.

Sorry I was mistaken. Still, the court decision will make new cops more bold with crossing constitutional boundries.
