You sound like a busy lady! Good for you though, college ain't easy when you have to work, I can't imagine with 3 kids, you gotta be strong to handle that.
Spanish is definitely something you'll need, basically everyone in a supervising position needs to be fluent. When I shut down my desert grow house I had a few months of rent to pay for and a bunch of water damage to repair, so when I ran out of flower I went and worked the fields. It was difficult not only because it's brutal and intense labor, but because most days I was the only English speaker, but I didn't know any Spanish. My fellow laborers would get frustrated because to compensate I would work my hardest to not fall behind. They would be way behind me getting mad because I was making them look bad. I thought I was doing everything wrong though, it wasn't until my foreman came and told me I was her best worker, and explained the situation to me. She said if I learned Spanish she'd promote me to foreman. I should have stayed, my amigos who kept up with me all became a foreman, and since then been promoted to district inspectors covering 3 states. One of them was 7 years younger than me, he makes over 150k a year now. And I left the fields only 15 months ago. Ain't that some shit? Lol
