Black dots under leaves

I picked up some clones from a dispensary out here in CO about 3 weeks ago. The last 5 days they have been under rapid veg in a sealed semi-outdoor tent (it's in an enclosed closet accessible from outside).

Almost immediately after topping and pruning my plants, I started noticing some odd splotching on the top of my leaves. The plants were sprayed with non-RO water somewhat recently, so there's probably water splotches on top of the leaves making this even harder to diagnose. They're being veg'd pretty hard recently because the root system has gotten big enough for me to start a full drip/stream and CO2 in my DWC system. I'm happy at how fast they're growing but its making it really hard for me to keep track of leaf symptoms, and I fear I may have overlooked a mite infestation starting.

The thing that got me really worried though is I noticed small black dots under the leaves after starting LST. The top of the leaves, again, show some odd splotching but that's most likely from my tap-water misting. Also growing so fast I can't really keep track of symptoms.

Any ideas? Am I just being dumb and its obviously mites? Picture shows underside of leaves (high-res attached), can also see the light splotching on the top of the neighboring leaves.

whelp, guess i couldnt really expect to get back into growing without massively fucking up at least one thing.

So between the required super-cropping and spider mites, im starting to gather that buying clones is a bad idea?

It's not totally your fuck up if you bought them that way ....your mistake was not noticing the issue when u purchased them ......not saying it's bad to buy clones at all ....just try to find a decent supplier and do your do diligence when picking them up that's all ......clones are great to grow

also, if i just keep up with the treatments until flowering.... they have to die right? its an enclosed, sealed tent, no other grow sites anywhere to infest. figure enough habanero spray, mighty wash, and azamax would have to do it right? (fuck it, maybe some high CO2 ppm)

EDIT: just had a 20m sneezing fit trying to assemble this habanero spray. maybe i will just kill everything.....

try predatory mites, they are working marvelously for me, and NOBODY has mites like this forest I live in, I get mites every damn grow, no matter what.
applied 50,000 mites on Friday, and it's not even a week and they look a billion times better, new growth, and VERY green.
and believe me.. i'd be surprised if anyone on the planet has more experience with mites than me.
and that's a shitty fuckin honor...

wow.... bennie mites? have not heard of this! Supposedly the Bouder County area has them really bad, so I'm guessing this is something i probably need to get pretty good at....

EDIT: tell me more

hmm alright, for the sake of science! and... not having anything left to lose, I decided to go the habanero route. I did like a 4x concentration of what was recommended, added some organic dish soap for a surfactant, and fucking drenched my entire grown tent. Every bit of plant matter was dripping. My RH is 90% (from 50%) in the tent now, and that's almost entirely pepper juice.
