Judge acquits Baltimore police lieutenant in Freddie Gray death

Never mind. I thought that we could discuss this intelligently.
We can. Part of that discussion requires your admission that these liberal prosecutors are "playing to the mobs" and prosecuting ludicrous cases. Which is EXACTLY why they're all failing in colossal embarrassments.

Not sure. Maybe he crushed his own throat and severed his own spine. All while handcuffed. Seems plausible.
Was the medical examiner on site to give Freddie Gray a clean bill of health before the cops apprehended him or might Mr. Gray have had some or all of the injuries already sustained to him?

So it is your contention that he sustained those injuries before the police arrived? Yeah, maybe he was dead when they got there.

My contention is that the police are afforded reasonable doubt just like every other citizen of the USA. There is no different standard of justice depending upon the color of the person. Maybe that was the case in the past but we have come a long way from there.

The prosecutor in this case may be disbarred and might actually face prosecution because e-mails have come out with her stating that regardless of the outcome of the investigation, charges would be issued. That is not justice.

But just like Michael Brown, the criminal thug that died from stupidity, Freddie Gray will be championed as an example of police brutality and the fact that the prosecutor may be the only one serving jail time will be brushed under the rug.

Admit you just want vengeance and we can move on.

A prosecutor going after someone for political points with nothing but conjecture and a false narrative? Who would believe that shit is possible?

Again, the medical examiner ruled it a homicide. Since you seem to think that these injuries somehow happened before the police arrived, riddle me this: Why are the police handcuffing a man with a severed spine and a crushed throat and throwing him into the back of a police vehicle?

Or he tossed himself around in the back of the paddy wagon for the purposes of a nice juicy lawsuit, sustaining injuries more severe than he intended. But, that's totally not as believable as a pack of kill crazy cops, both black and white, conspiring to fulfill their bloodlust and kill a black man.

Lol yeah, that's probably what happened. Especially the crushed throat.

Now you're getting there.

3 juries overseen by a black judge acquitted the officers and the prosecutor may be disbarred.

What does the medical examiner know that everyone else doesnt? Which position does the medical examiner have on the judicial branch?

Sheesh what a completely ignorant comment. What does a medical examiner know that a home inspector doesn't? It would take about 12 years to get through that list.

But thanks for the laugh.

Oh, I believe there's corruption ANY time a liberal is involved. The obviousness that there was nothing to substantiate this political hack's prosecution was evident from the outset. If you bought into this bullshit, you probably still believe Michael Brown actually had his hands up and totally didn't go for Wilson's gun earlier in their struggle. It's cute when you push your laughable narrative.

Awww, aren't you precious! Such a naive young Man, and you actually believe the lying pigs!

Only a simpleton would do that, it's what we call the sheep.

YOU are the weakest link!

Show dick some respect. The medical examiner is the left's "911 dispatcher from the Zimmerman case" in this latest debacle. When their reality is shattered and faced with the realization their false narrative was false, they latch on to an meaningless factoid and mercilessly beat it into the ground. It's either that or admit they're reactionary fools with nothing but conjecture and the belief they're actually smarter than us. Just point your finger and giggle at them.

You keep mentioning the fact that the judge is black, as though that matters.

He's a doctor.
So as a doctor, he has no knowledge of the law nor judicial process right?

I am not disputing what the doctor said, I am questioning how it happened.

Without proof that one or more officers participated in a murder you cannot simply charge people randomly.

That is why the prosecutor is facing disbarment...

Are you grasping the reality of this situation? The prosecutor might go to jail because she freaked out and overcharged the cops. It happens to be a crime.

And they had a witness to this. Drunks find ways to kill themselves everyday. Subsequent medical testimony validated the ability to self-inflict. Judge and Jury saw and heard it all. Sorry lefties, you lose...again. I hope they nail the prosecuter too. Then justice will be fully served.
