So as a doctor, he has no knowledge of the law nor judicial process right?

I am not disputing what the doctor said, I am questioning how it happened.

Without proof that one or more officers participated in a murder you cannot simply charge people randomly.

That is why the prosecutor is facing disbarment...

Are you grasping the reality of this situation? The prosecutor might go to jail because she freaked out and overcharged the cops. It happens to be a crime.
A medical doctor, who does this for a living, determined that the cause of death was homicide.

On top of being sued by the officers, having her corruption on full display and generally being considered a big, wet, flapping douchebag.

You're trying too hard, man. So did he crush his own throat before or after he severed his own spine?
I could easily see him fucking up his spine and then falling against the edge of the METAL bench, crushing his throat. Why would that not be the simplest and easiest to accept scenario?

So, you're saying you want this incompetent doctor's job taken from him? Hardcore, but understandable. I concur, he should lose his job if he can't distinguish homicide from an obvious self inflicted injury.

Fire the chump!

I get that you, as a reactionary right wing post lobotomy patient, have difficulty with facts produced during the autopsy that the man had both a broken spine AND a crushed throat, something that cannot be explained by a metal bench. I also get that the trial is over and the police walked. Nothing new there.

I do wonder what "corruption" you are talking about regarding the prosecutor. What profit would there be in bringing these charges?

By the way, anybody can sue another person. Doesn't mean a thing, really.

Her job is to take the evidence and decide whether to charge a crime or not. There is evidence she decided to charge the case before seeing the evidence. That is illegal...

Mmm, if you have more than 3 synapses firing, you could easily see how someone could break their spine and THEN fall against a metal bench in a manner it would crush their throat.

Profit? As in notoriety and career expedience? How about political aspirations?

You're not very good at this, you should stick to rolling drunks for loose change.

The three working neurons in my head are trying to avoid reading this because it hurts them knowing their brethren are wasting away unused. Your opinion isn't equal to a fact. What you suggest is impossible to do without leaving behind some sort of evidence that it happened. So, no. You are embarrassing yourself. The cops were let off because the standard of proof that they did it was not met. Why that is so, I don't understand but that's how it went down.

The medical examiner did not call this an accident. That is fact. What you surmise is more of the right wing truthy stuff that is sweeping this country like an epidemic. Like Trump is not a racist or the prosecutor was corrupt. Too funny you are.

My remaining brain cell (the other two are now on strike) asked me to relay his request that you free your brain cells and let them start a new life unencumbered by your truthy faux logic.

So if a prosecutor takes on a case, they have to win? If they don't they are corrupt and illegal? How do you know what the standard is for evidence in order to go to trial. Is that the right wing truthy stuff you are now spewing as if it were the same as fact?

There is no such evidence as you claim exists, by the way, just some mis-statements by the attorney that hurt an extremely thin skinned officer. Your claim of "evidence" is more of that truthy stuff.

Here is a second grade level work sheet that is used to explain the difference between opinions and facts. It may be over your head. Maybe you should call a nephew to help you with it. Maybe you and @MuyLocoNC can work on it together. I hope it helps.

Horseshit, piled upon delusion, topped with liberal conjecture and a sprinkle of false narratives. The prosecutor's corruption is now a matter of record and there never was any evidence that the police were responsible for his injuries, at all.

That right wing truthy stuff you speak of is called innocent until proven guilty. I know it gets in the way of your angry feelz based, halfwit liberal thinking he's smart, brand of justice. But you'll just have to get used to disappointment if you think people should be punished because a pack of likeminded asshats think they know jack shit about anything. The reality is, you don't. That's why you keep making yourselves look ridiculous on all these cases and then wail like banshees when they walk.

The medical examiner's finding was that there was a homicide. This is a fact. As opposed to truthy stuff that you go on about.

Agree that there wasn't evidence to convict any of the police officers for the homicide. Gee, the police investigation of itself didn't find any evidence. Wow, that's a compelling argument. So your truthy scenario is that Gray committed suicide. The fact is the examiner called it homicide. Somebody killed Gray. That's the finding of the medical examiner. That is the fact.

The prosecutor's corruption is now a matter of record
As far as corruption goes, this is the best list that you can come up with:

Profit? As in notoriety and career expedience? How about political aspirations?
The word "corruption" has meaning. Your list of delusional musings is just that and has no meaning. Again, what you say is some sort of truthy argument about corruption when you don't really know anything.

How did you do with that worksheet? Did it help you to distinguish the difference between a fact and an opinion?

Dave, were you the first in your family to be born without a tail? I mean, you have all the words or at least the shorter ones at your disposal but speech eludes you.
