Judge acquits Baltimore police lieutenant in Freddie Gray death

The video didn't show that. Their own expert said that the shooting wasn't justified, and the DA chose to ignore him. Try again.
The video showed him pulling the gun from his waist at the time he got shot. But you see, you choose not to believe the video and suddenly rather rely on the piece of evidence that supports your theory.

Have you watched the enhanced video frame by frame? I think not...

So, again, you dont take the video for fact when it disagrees with your ideology. You just proved it. Now, what is the point of the video camera again? Oh yeah, so you can loop the video to incite violence in communities.

No, I don't have that video. But we're just going to ignore their own paid expert, right?
Are you proving my point? You are willing to discount the video in lieu of a paid expert that agrees with your assumptions.

So, why bother with video if you dont accept it?

A better question would seem to be that if the video is that conclusive, why are you paying an expert to give his opinion in the first place?

Gray or as the ME purportedly said originally a "freakish accident". Although the one witness ultimately denied Freddie caused his injuries he never recanted hearing a sound like Freddie was banging his head. One mistimed bang, coupled with a ragged turn of the van...
Whats obvious it is sad but there is not enough evidence to convict anyone. Tough hop. Maybe a reasoned approach as opposed to the histrionics of the left looking to vilify cops would work better

The doctor who performed Freddie Gray's autopsy defended in court Friday her conclusion that his death was "no accident" but a homicide — a finding that helped lead to criminal charges against six Baltimore police officers since Gray's death last year.

The other Medical examiner was an expert witness paid by the defense to testify against the doctor who performed the autopsy. That medical examiner you quote did not have anything to do with or was near the autopsy when it was performed. Police Detective Dawnyell Taylor did a good job of muddling the case. Still, the person who performed the autopsy stood firm in her conclusion that Gray's death was a homicide. You want to believe somebody who wasn't even in the room when the autopsy was being conducted? OK, take your truthy faux facts wherever you like.

The fact remains that the medical examiner who performed the autopsy declared Grays death a homicide. Another fact is that there was not enough evidence to say who killed him, which is why those six cops are free. Another fact is that the investigation was performed by the same department that those cops worked for.

The ruling by the examiner that performed the autopsy ruled Gray's death was a homicide. The jury found there was not enough evidence to convict anybody. If the police did not kill Gray then who did?

Probably to be thorough.

Now, this paid expert, was he a witness to the incident? Or was he some stuffed chair quarterback doing a hindsight prediction out his well paid ass?

The video when enhanced showed the kid pulling a gun out of his waistband.

You dont ever seem to take actions into account in these shootings. It is like you assume these people are walking down the street minding their own business and a group of cops just jump them. In the case of the kid. Someone in the neighborhood called the cops and they showed up because that is what they do.

I am a paid expert. I get paid for my opinion. Based on your apparent lack of doubt in paid experts you should not even be arguing with me right?

Based on the VIDEO and the ACTIONS of the kid, the police acted reasonably in self defense not knowing the gun was fake.

No assumptions needed in this case. It was a tragedy.

The suppression of evidence included notes taken that included quotes from THE SAME M.E. who labeled it a homicide, referring to it as an accident. As I read it...they were not her notes and she denied saying it. Unfortunately, the suppression by the prosecution muddied those waters. See foot, shoot foot.
"The fact remains" that that same ME said the death happened in the Van and that pretty much left us with the driver to prosecute. The fact remains that If the driver's court appearance was not prefaced by the acquittals and the hung jury and if the prosecution's resources were focussed correctly, Freddie may have had some justice. The fact remains that Mosby wrongly castigated innocent officers while biting off more than she could chew and eventually choked. The fact remains that the only place this was about race was in the prosecutors office and left-wing media outlets. The fact remains that Mosby fucked up while being cheered on by the likes of you and yours...ultimately not even being capable of prosecuting some blueblack on black crime. Nice job guys, because of your obtuse application of racism at every turn. Freddie gets screwed and innocent people hurt.

I don't deny that the defense did a good job and that the prosecutor was carved up due to insufficient evidence.

Again, you have difficulty telling the difference between a fact and an opinion. For instance: "The fact remains that Mosby wrongly castigated innocent officers while biting off more than she could chew and eventually choked." There is not a fact in that sentence. None of what you said can be verified -- therefore they are not facts.

Two acquittals, one hung jury and three not tried because charges dropped. I'm not saying anybody is guilty or innocent. I'm just saying we don't know who killed Gray.

The facts are that Gray never left custody after he was handcuffed. He died of a broken spine and crushed throat. The medical examiner that performed the autopsy certified it was a homicide. The Baltimore police conducted the investigation. The prosecutor went to trial and there wasn't enough evidence to convict anybody.

If the police did not kill Gray then who did?

Just wondering, was OJ innocent? I mean he was acquitted but do you think he actually did it?

Crushed throat AND a severed spine. Definitely sounds self inflicted to me.
You're right, that's EXACTLY what it sounds like. Fortunately, the justice system agrees and even the ME's incorrect classification couldn't derail justice. Nothing to see here but more liberal tears shed for their long line of false theories and jumps of the shark to convict innocent fellow citizens because it fits their mentally imbalanced narrative.

That's game, set and match, fellas.
