You've got nothing. It's good that you recognize you've been beaten and have no facts whatsoever to back that hillbilly bleacher level brainless noise you call facts. For example, I've never once used the word racist in this discussion. That was all your imagination. What I have not accepted was that justice was served. Somebody killed Gray and will not pay for their action. That the only people who could have done it were police is really shitty.

Everything about this stinks, but especially foul smelling are comments from shithead mouthbreathers like you who make this into a political issue and only push out the day when the murder of a black man in custody is not only shockingly rare but also that the crime is treated as such.

The doctor who performed Freddie Gray's autopsy defended in court Friday her conclusion that his death was "no accident" but a homicide — a finding that helped lead to criminal charges against six Baltimore police officers since Gray's death last year.

The other Medical examiner was an expert witness paid by the defense to testify against the doctor who performed the autopsy. That medical examiner you quote did not have anything to do with or was near the autopsy when it was performed. Police Detective Dawnyell Taylor did a good job of muddling the case. Still, the person who performed the autopsy stood firm in her conclusion that Gray's death was a homicide. You want to believe somebody who wasn't even in the room when the autopsy was being conducted? OK, take your truthy faux facts wherever you like.

The fact remains that the medical examiner who performed the autopsy declared Grays death a homicide. Another fact is that there was not enough evidence to say who killed him, which is why those six cops are free. Another fact is that the investigation was performed by the same department that those cops worked for.

The ruling by the examiner that performed the autopsy ruled Gray's death was a homicide. The jury found there was not enough evidence to convict anybody. If the police did not kill Gray then who did?

I'll just stick with the facts. Gray was alive when he was tossed into that van. He never left Balitmore police custody alive. He died of a crushed throat and broken spine. The medical examiner that did the autopsy certified his death was a homicide. The Baltimore police gathered the evidence and were in charge of the investigation throughout. The jury was hung on two trials and the third, the man was aquitted because there wasn't enough evidence to convict. The other three cases were dimissed.

The medical examiner that conducted the autopsy said somebody killed Gray. If the police didn't kill him then who did?
