Best way to tie back overgrowing plant?

Im on my second proper grow and decided to throw in a couple autos just to see how they get on. I have plant in veg (cherry bomb) which i decied to keep in veg until the autos finished (possibly my worst / best idea im not sure yet lol) well i went away 10 days ago and my little cherry bomb was about 40inchs tall and the autos had plenty of light etc and were budding nicely. I had someone tend to them while i was away and when ive returned today, ive returned to an absolute beast of a plant thats not even on 12/12 yet. I feel like i need to flip it now as tbh im feeling abit intimidated by the sheer size of the plant at present lol it still has approx 10 week flowering time left. Its nearly covered my autos now, and while they are still happily budding away they arent getting much light. I have two ufo leds which i intend to place as close as possible to each auto (they dont get hot) so they get some light, but is there a way to tie back the big girl just so they can finish? They have approx 10 days left till harvest. Also will switching to 12/12 affect the autos, the buds are swollen even though lights restricted but will the deop in hours have an effect on how the buds finish up? Im using an nft system and my tent 1.2m x 1.2m
You can just see the autos in the top left and bottom left corners (yellowing leaves) the rest is the ONE other plant, which is the width of the tent near enough 20160814_142159.jpg

I like using the green flower wire myself just careful not to wrap it to tight around the stems leave a little extra room for growth ......being indoors your just guna have to figure out which way/direction you want to tie them and get an anchor on the floor or some bamboo running across those like mentioned above ....all depends on how you need to tie em ......good luck

you could pinch and bend over stems on cherry bomb to get more even spread would give a little more time I would not switch to flower yet do to autos they need all the light they can get also might what to raise them up close to get more light

Hi thanx for the advice i cant raise them as they are in trays. Im going to drop the leds right down next to them so they get a little more light.

Thanx for the suggestions in going to try the bamboo stakes. The autos are nearly done about ten days, but i dont think i can let this veg another 10. Its doubled size in that time. The autos are just for personal use so im not too fussed if the yield is slightly lower. I have limited space its already above waist height

I had an overgrown problem. I out a net in and tied the plants down with zip ties.

You can supercropping and tie down.
It was a constant battle and I did have light burn..

when battling I prefer bamboo stakes

you can get flower wire from your local flower seller

thats very handy for these moments

good luck
Me too!
And you can split those stakes into long thin splints, that way they can go deep into your soil for an extra firm hold, but without disturbing your root system unduly.

I know right lol im gonna see if i can make a net as such to keep it at bay... its literally just till the autos are done.... then it can have the whole tent and go wild.... its shaping up to be a quite impressive yeild if size is anything to go by...i yieldedyielded just under 8oz dried in one of my girls last grow n she was nowhere near this size or as healthy looking..

You can park your car as close as you can possibly get to the room your growing in . Then make a hole in the wall, get yourself some rope and tie one end to the tallest point of the plant. Then run it threw that hole you made in the wall and tie the other end to the bumper. Only part that sucks is you cant move your car for a few months.
