And thats just a quick search. Not that I would use that anyways. Yes its more, but way more efficient. If you want side lighting, setup a low powered highly efficient cob that does not put off much heat.

thank you thats what i was looking for
Why would you pay that much for 1 bulb????? The ones I linked are still a little pricey but much more reasonable and 90CRI (PAR38 as well just like the Sylvania). Granted, they are 3 less watts but for 4 compared to 1??

the hyperikon wouldnt ship to canada for some reason. amazon.com is funny that way for us Canadians, a lot of stuff dont actually ship to Canada. I try to use amazon.ca for that reason but the US amazon has way more stuff..

Anyway, I have not pulled the plug on anything yet I am still looking at options. Im heading towards strong lights from above and cheap low wattage led light bulbs for sidelighting, but I still want something efficient, meaning if I hang an extra 4 x 17watts led light bulbs as sidelighting I hope it translate to an extra ounce a month kinda thing, and less popcorn

Just cut the bottom of the plants or run an extra 1-2 weeks. A few 17w LED will not make much difference over a 4x4 area (not sure of your area). Definitely not enough light to change a grow.

no the rotation is too intense to let the bottoms go an extra week or 2. I do clean the bottoms but I feel the overhead lighting is simply not enough when the branches/colas are getting long/tall. I am already getting good results with cheap weak sidelighting will post pics in a few weeks.
