Do you have the software/SPD data from this?
Hey Jorge

no:/ problem was, measurement was on my balcon. I only have a 5meter usb cabel, but distance from my computer to balcon is like over 30meter. I will ask my mother if she would give me her laptop for one 1-2 days. Then i will make a similar measurement and share spd data

Hah, I actually thought it might be something like that. You a gamer? Seems like everybody is laptop only these days.

np:peace:

hm, maybe. but i cant really see it only this little display from the meter.
I will repeat the measurement with laptop and software, then we have much better graph.
i will post new datas as soon i hae them

Awesome stuff. Thanks for posting, it is great reference material.

Are you planning to run tests every day? It could be interesting to see the different light levels change with the seasons.

Also, your noon readings look like it topped out at 590 umoles - was there a filter or something in place? Sounds a little low.

i had some higher umoles reading too at noon, they was around 690-790.
But didnt found the same postion to make similar readings.

Not familiar with the device but maybe you need to position the sensor perpendicular to the sun when taking your measurements at noon?

Unless you are so far north that the sun is already in the southern sky enough to drop to those levels.

Nope. That's about right for noon. The intensity should be higher a little later in the afternoon.

i get about 2000 umols with the li-cor in direct summer sunlight

600-800 seems low- were there any clouds or haze?
