Blue cheese harvest

Hi guys this is my very first feminised blue cheese normal seed harvest. I have been drying it in a large box for 7 days,it still seems very damp, I have made a few air holes in the box and hanging my weed on string inside the box. When do you reckon I put it in the jars?
I was lucky with my auto as our summer was very warm so helped to dry that harvest quicker.

My buds seem to be dry but the steams don't snap they bend? Should I put them in the jar?

I have found if you wait until the stem snaps, your cannabis will dry out to fast. I have for years been hanging the plant if possible (some times I take the tops off and let the under growth grow for another couple weeks) I go by the feel of the bud when it feels like its crisping a little on the outside, I put it in a brown paper bag, from that point I keep a close eye on it for a 4days to a week. (mind you this is in a closet that stays year round 60% humidity and 65 degrees, its a great closet. from this point I put them in jars and close lid for a couple hrs, then check them they should feel wet again, leave lid off for a day and do this over and over. There are some great links on the Harvest curing section in the forums. https://www.rollitup.org/f/harvesting-and-curing.60/

so is there any airflow? are they hanging in the box?

usually if the stem does not snap it's to wet.

when they bend do they just bend like it's still alive?
Yes I have a few holes cut in it though maybe to small?
No the steam bends but definitely feels dead not moist at all. I have them hanging on string.

The method you are talking about takes longer than others it should be getting close.

I just watched a guy doing the box string thing and he talked about it.
