I break down the larger buds a bit more. You won't have the big chunks, but it will process faster. I also trim mine a little closer, but of course that's up to individual taste. Some trim closer than I do, some less. I use the sugar leaves to make bubble hash! Great lookin' smoke either way! Congrats!

Oh and about that fan in the box thing....you do not need a huge amount of wind.
Basically you are just trying to circulate the air a little. The paper box removes moisture inside the box so it's doing what it's supposed too. Air flowing around the box can also remove moisture. One thing you would not want to do is dry it too fast.

I think it turned out fine how you did it.

I have to agree man. I have read a good bit on it and it's worked now twice for me! I guess I was just being impatient this forum is superb some fantastic help on here!
